Manages the District's Engineering. Oversees construction projects and contracts; represents the utility in economic development matters; review construction plans for specification conformance; prepares and seals plans for in-house construction projects. Assists the Executive Director with daily and long term District Planning, management, and supervision functions, and assists in ensuring District compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
