Robert Half Marketing Research Analyst in Richfield, Ohio

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Research Analyst based in Richfield, Ohio. This role primarily involves gathering and analyzing market intelligence data, generating insightful reports, and collaborating with different departments to enhance our business competitiveness and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing data from various sources to gain insights into market trends and pricing strategies.

• Analyzing competitor pricing and market trends to optimize our market share and profitability.

• Recommending pricing strategies that align with market trends and identifying potential new market segments.

• Collaborating with the sales and marketing departments to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.

• Preparing and presenting data analysis findings to stakeholders including executives, marketing teams, and sales staff.

• Utilizing tools such as CRM, Database, Google AdWords, Analytics, Budget Processes, and Campaign Planning to perform duties effectively.

• Leveraging skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Data Analysis to generate accurate reports and provide insights.

• Utilizing Facebook Insights to understand consumer behavior and market trends.

• Creating Dashboards to visualize data and facilitate easy understanding of complex data sets.

• Employing Market Research skills to understand market dynamics and competitive landscape. Requirements • Possess a minimum of two years of experience in a Marketing Research Analyst role or similar position

• Proficient in using CRM and database management systems

• Familiar with EO/IR systems and capable of deriving insights from them

• Have experience with Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing platforms

• Strong analytic skills, able to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

• Experience with budget processes and campaign planning

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Able to create dashboards and present data in a clear, understandable manner

• Experience conducting market research and competitive pricing analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot

• Strong data analysis skills, able to identify trends and patterns in large datasets Innovation starts with people.®
