Candidates must possess PA certification in Special Education, Grades 7-12 or Special Education, Grades PK-12

Successful candidate will:

• Exhibit the ability to work independently and cooperatively; 
• Demonstrate skills in analyzing and using data for instructional decision-making;
• Possess knowledge and skills to implement a standards-based education system;
• Design and implement instruction to meet the needs of every child.
