As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Master Schedule to optimize production processes. This position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to forecast and plan, analyzing plant capacity, materials, and manpower, and utilizing automation to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement. You will also create dashboards and reports to track progress and performance, monitor production progress, and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure efficient production workflows.

  WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• • Experience:
• • Prior experience in production scheduling, preferred.

• Knowledge of modern tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Working knowledge of using an ERP/MRP system for the scheduling of raw materials, production processes, and quality control is preferred.

• • Skills:
• • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong experience with computer programs including Excel, PowerBI, Oracle, and SAP

• Strong ability to influence decision-making and drive collaboration across teams without direct authority

  WHAT YOU’LL DO

• • Develop and maintain the Master Schedule to optimize production processes.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast and plan.

• Analyze plant capacity, materials, and manpower to allocate resources effectively.

• Create dashboards and reports for progress tracking and performance analysis.

• Utilize automation to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare and update documentation related to production sequences and staffing schedules.

• Monitor production progress, make adjustments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

• Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders, providing updates on scheduling changes.

  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• • This position reports directly to our General Manager.

• This is a full-time, on-site position located in Richland, MS.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

• Local candidates are preferred; relocation assistance is not available.
