Our client, a global engineering leader tackling environmental challenges, seeks a sharp IS&T Service Center Technician to join their innovative project.

Job Title: IS&T Service Center Technician
Location: Richland. WA
Pay Range: $ 23-35/hr (based on experience)
What’s the Job?
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end-users via phone, email, and in-person support.
Install and maintain software and hardware on personal computers and printers.
Document support activities and ensure accurate resolution of customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while resolving complex technical problems.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (or 6 years of experience).
Experience in an IT Call Center troubleshooting user issues remotely.
Strong problem-solving and technical support skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
US Citizenship Required.
