Junior - Level Support (for Performance Assurance Field Support) UDR is seeking qualified candidates for Junior - Level Support (for Performance Assurance Field Support) opportunity inRichland, WAto support the Hanford Site. Work Location: Performance Assurance Field Support: Work scope shall be performed at the Buyer's facility, primarily in both the 'in-town' CPCCo offices (2620 Fermi building) and past the Wye Barricade at CPCCo sites and buildings. All work is performed within administrative facilities. Limited work activities (e.g., report writing) may be allowed to be performed at the Contractor's facility of choice as allowed by the BTR. Contractor Assurance Program Support: Hybrid work locations are allowed. Work can be performed at either the Buyer's facility or the Contractor's facility as BTR directs. Contractor is responsible to provide computer hardware and internet services for remote access. Contractor's resources that provide support on an as-needed basis shall work at the Buyer's location identified by the BTR. SCOPE OF WORK These functions include, but are not limited to, various elements of issues management including assessment planning and tracking, corrective action development, regulatory reporting, tracking, and verification, issues screening and trending, database administration and reporting, production and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators and department level indicators, leading of event investigations and causal analysis, and management of project performance dashboards. This scope also includes, under CPCCo oversight, monitoring and reporting of Contractor Assurance System program compliance and effectiveness, identification and implementation of appropriate training requirements, compilation and distribution of lessons learned to OPEXShare and other external sites as applicable, supporting reporting into the NTS and PAAA system, and direct support of data requests from DNFSB and other external regulatory agencies. Routine Tasks: In conjunction with a CPCCo lead, periodically support interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to represent corrective action plans, event response and investigation, issue and trend analysis, performance indicators, and other facets of the C&PA program. These stakeholders include, but are not limited to, senior company and project leadership, DNFSB, DOE Facility Representatives, DOE Office of Enforcement, and other external regulatory agencies Develop iCAS Reporting and Data Analysis in support of tracking and trending project and enterprise issues Identify, compile, and distribute Lessons Learned from CPCCo and external experience Coordinate with SMP and project owners to develop, change, maintain, and publish key performance indicators and department level indicators Provide guidance and mentoring to project and program staff on criteria for effective performance indicators Compile material for routine meetings of the Executive Safety Review Board, Corrective Action Review Boards, and other company assurance functions as required Perform issue screening, leading the CPCCo screening team including program and project representatives to identify issue codes, as well as supporting evaluation of PAAA and NTS reporting under the guidance of the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager Participate in the development of the company assessment schedule, including identification of potential focus area and risks Develop and maintain the CPCCo assessment schedule, and monitor completion against plan objectives Perform or support performance of assessments as requested by project management Lead event investigations, including conducting personnel interviews, critiques, and producing event reports Lead and perform Root Cause, Apparent Cause, and Common Cause analyses as required Support projects in the develo
