Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Brokerage Operations Specialist to join our client’s team in Richmond, VA. This hybrid position offers a flexible work-life balance with 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days remote. This role offers competitive compensation ( $20.07/hour ) over a 3-6 month contract period.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in an administrative or office setting is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage collateral spreadsheets

• Distribute emails and other communications

• Perform daily office tasks and administrative duties

• Assist the margin team with various projects and tasks

Pay Details: $20.07 per hour
