We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading equipment and product diagrams, troubleshooting machinery, and monitoring production processes while maintaining compliance with GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all machinery and equipment within the operation are running smoothly.

• Read and interpret new equipment/product diagrams.

• Troubleshoot machinery within plant operations.

• Monitor production processes and ensure accurate documentation within GMP standards.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

• Troubleshooting

• Electronics

• Experience in chemical production

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• 2-3 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Either an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in chemical manufacturing

• Familiarity with GMP

• Documentation review skills

• Background in mechanical engineering

Work Environment

The role involves working with teams of 4 supervisors and a team of technicians. The schedule includes four 12-hour shifts in a 2-3-2 pattern, alternating between day and night shifts every 5 weeks, with initial training on the day shift for the first few months.
