Job Title: Facilities Technician

Job Description

Facilities Technician will be servicing 10-15 Off Site Bon Secour sites. A company van, tools, uniform, and tablet will all be provided. This role pays between $26-$28 an hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking fire extinguishers

• Performing Preventative Maintenance

• Minor HVAC troubleshooting and repairs

• Water fixture maintenance

Candidates need to have experience in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. The role involves working with a team of 3 other technicians.

Hard Skills

• Electrical experience

• Plumbing experience

• HVAC experience

• Fire extinguisher maintenance

• Preventive maintenance (PM) performance

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Richmond, Virginia.

Work Environment

Will be traveling to 10-15 offsite Bon Secour medical buildings.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
