Description

During your time in the Leadership Development Program, Back Office you will receive classroom and field training preparing you to function as a leader in a Shared Service Center (SSC). The training will focus on enhancing your leadership skills and train you in all aspects in the hospital business office functions. This area of Parallon, HCA Healthcare is responsible for many revenue cycle functions of the hospital including, but not limited to, collections, underpayments / overpayments, insurance company partnerships, accounting, billing, finance and much more.

Qualifications

• 12-24 month commitment to the LEAD Program

• BS or BA degree required (or working towards the completion of a BA or BS). Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration & Hospitality degrees are a plus.

• MBA degree preferred.

• Overall GPA must be a minimum 3.0 for BS or BA and MBA (if applicable)

• Experience in healthcare, healthcare management or finance is preferred.
