At the heart of this role is Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), a state-of-the-art suite of comprehensive, Oracle-managed analytics solutions. FDI leverages data from Oracle's top-tier SaaS applications, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, transforming and loading it into the Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). From there, it empowers business users with actionable insights via the Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). This turnkey solution, hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), is designed for extensibility, allowing customers to enrich the application with their data, models, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap Definition: Develop and present a strategic product roadmap to senior management, securing buy-in and driving adoption.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design, development, QA, and other Oracle teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

  • Event Participation: Represent the product at marketing events, managing agendas, conducting demos, and leading product sessions.

  • Documentation: Provide comprehensive release documentation for new features and functions. Make Videos...whatever it takes to connect with the users.

What You Bring:

  • HCM Expertise: Deep understanding of HCM, particularly Oracle HCM, with a passion for developing HR and people analytics solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical Experience: Proven experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.

  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and related technologies. Experience with other analytic cloud offerings (e.g., Salesforce, Workday) is a plus.

  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously and drive projects with minimal supervision.

  • Global Team Player: Flexibility to work with international teams across different time zones.

  • Curiosity: An innate curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies, methodologies, and trends in People Analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant functional area.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of ten years in product development, consulting, or a related field.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
