Actalent Project Manager Architect in Richmond, Virginia

Job Description

Actalent is seeking a dynamic and motivated Architectural Project Manager to join our clients team and support an international firm on a variety of projects, including healthcare and commercial ventures. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project schedules, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

  • Utilize your strong technical and design capabilities to support project needs, though active design work is not required.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing healthcare projects.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Desired Skills:

  • Highly motivated and agile, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

Work Environment:
