Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist based in Richmond, Virginia. The role is integral to our operations and falls within the remit of customer service, administrative support, and data management. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing high-quality service in a detail oriented manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally.

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

• Conducting data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Managing email correspondence efficiently and professionally.

• Printing and organizing reports as needed.

• Providing administrative support to the Director of Admissions.

• Maintaining a highly visible and front-facing position within the company.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks.

• Organizing files and ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience with email correspondence in a detail oriented setting

• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in organizing files both physically and digitally

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and manage multiple schedules simultaneously
