Our client in the food and beverage industry is seeking a Selector to join their team. As a Selector, you will be part of the warehouse department supporting the order fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Title: Order Selector

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.

• Operate an electric pallet jack/forklift to move completed orders to the loading dock staging area, wrap, label, and ready for shipment in a timely manner.

• Ensure all safety regulations and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process.

• Function as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

• Shift hours are Sunday to Thursday, 2pm until work is complete.

What's Needed?

• At least one year of experience operating an electric pallet jack and forklift.

• Ability to work in a cooler and freezer environment.

• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.

• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.

• Perform a safety check on pallet jack/forklift to be used and ensure that all other safety devices are functioning properly.
