Within Your Role, You Will:

  • Actively seek out and acquire new customers within the Flexo markets, specifically for the Esko NA Supplier business.

  • Engage with accounts in your designated sales territory, prioritizing sales activities in both existing and prospective accounts to align Esko solutions with customer needs.

  • Offer comprehensive guidance on all products, solutions, and services available to prospective customers/clients.

  • Execute the sales plan meticulously to meet or exceed established sales targets and financial objectives.

  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team, channel partners, and the inside sales team to drive sales efforts.

We Are Looking for a Professional Who:

  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, connect, and interact with potential customers comfortably, including making cold calls and establishing rapport with new contacts throughout the day.

  • Is open to traveling 50-75% of the time to meet business needs.

  • Takes initiative and is driven to succeed within a collaborative team environment.

  • Maintains exemplary time and account management practices.

Technical Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of flexographic platemaking processes, including an understanding of Esko hardware and software solutions.

  • Familiarity with flexographic printing techniques, materials, and industry standards.

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to platemaking and printing equipment.

  • Proficiency in demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to a technical audience.

  • Experience with workflow optimization for flexographic printing operations.

  • Commitment to staying abreast of technological advancements in the field to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.

Your Education and Background Experience Will Include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Outstanding sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing KPIs.

  • Proficiency in Solution Selling, with a keen ability to understand and respond to customer needs and requirements.

  • A solid grasp of tactical sales skills—prospecting, qualifying, closing deals, and expanding business with existing customers; experience in the printing and packaging industry is highly desirable.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling equipment or software within the flexographic printing industry.

  • Who do you interact with internally: a. Marketing, b. Account Managers, c. Product Management,

The base annual salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
