Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant with advanced Excel skills and some HR experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative functions, assisting with data management, and providing human resources support as needed. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, analyze data, generates reports and assist with HR-related activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, report generation.

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) to manage and analyze data.

  • Create, maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and databases for HR department.

  • Assist the HR department with tasks such as processing paperwork, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee benefits.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for HR team as needed.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, especially HR-related documents.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

    Qualifications:

  • Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, with some exposure to human resources tasks.

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, etc.).

  • Experience in an HR or office environment is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

    Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field (Preferred)
