Samsung SDS America Channel Sales Manager, Enterprise Mobility in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and accelerate the growth of our channel partner network within the US enterprise mobility market. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of our channel sales strategy, responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will focus on promoting the full Samsung enterprise mobility ecosystem, including devices, software (Knox), accessories, and services. This role demands a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the enterprise technology sector, a deep understanding of the indirect sales model, and a passion for building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment of New Channel Partners:

  • Identify, target, and recruit net-new VARs and MSPs to expand the partner network.

  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and build a pipeline of potential new channel partners in the enterprise mobility space.

Channel Partner Growth and Management:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing VAR/MSP partners to expand their sales and promote the adoption of Samsung SDS America as their primary distributor partner for enterprise mobile devices and solutions.

  • Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to maximize sales performance.

Sales Enablement:

  • Assist resellers in closing sales by providing technical and product knowledge, marketing materials, and sales tools.

  • Work closely with channel partners to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to successfully sell and support Samsung mobile solutions.

Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving sales of mobile devices, software, and services through indirect channels.

  • Develop joint sales strategies with resellers and support them in closing deals with enterprise customers.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team for continuous improvement of product offerings and sales strategies.

Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate records of partner activities, sales progress, and forecast data.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in indirect sales, channel management, or business development within the enterprise technology or mobility sector.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience in the enterprise mobile device, software, and services industry preferred, with a focus on VAR/MSP resellers.

  • Strong understanding of the enterprise mobility market and channel sales ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Familiarity with Samsung mobile devices, accessories, software (Knox), and related services is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with both partners and customers.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast, analyze data, and develop strategic sales plans.

  • A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for driving channel growth and business expansion.

  • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings, events, and conferences up to 40%

  • Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer without restrictions.
