Robert Half is seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to join and lead a team for our New Jersey based client.

Start Date: October 2024

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Ridgefield Park, New Jersey (hybrid schedule, must be able to work on-site 2-3 days per week)

Salary: $130,000+/annually

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project teams, ensuring quality delivery, managing client relationships, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including raters, QAs, team leads and managers.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance using key metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives; implement corrective actions as needed.

• Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary.

• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project delivery processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress.

• Team Development: Mentor and support team members in their professional development and career growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Master’s preferred

• 6-8 years in production/delivery, people management, process improvement

• AI/LLM background preferred
