The Kitchen Specialist Position is available with Friends of Caroline. The Kitchen Specialist is responsible for preparing and serving three nutritionally adequate meals daily and ensuring that suitable food and snacks are available and offered between meals for patients. This position also requires monitoring inventory levels, equipment functionality, and kitchen cleanliness. Friends of Caroline has provided our Low Country Community with over 45 years of care!

Job Requirements: High School degree or equivalency. One to two years of cook/kitchen experience, preferably with experience in hospice, hospital, and nursing home environments. Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation regulations and standards.
