Security Shift Lead

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Rate: $25.00/Hour

Shift : Friday-1400-2200, Saturday & Sunday 0600-1400, Monday 2200-0600, Thursday 1400-2200 (must be flexible with schedule)

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Shift Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

Position Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • Excellent computer / technology skills needed

  • Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests

  • Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic

  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

  • Customer service background preferred

  • Must be able to assist with call offs and work shifts that are not normally assigned to you with little notice

  • 1-2 Years Security experience.

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check!
