ManpowerGroup Contract Maintenance Technicians in Riverside, Missouri

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Contract Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to maintain, repair and upgrade equipment, and a willingness to work overtime as necessary.

Job Title: Contract Maintenance Technician

Positions will last until July 2025 possibly longer

Location: Riverside, MO

Pay Range: $23.76 - $31.68/hr depending on experience

Shifts :

1st M-F + OT 6am - 2:30pm

2nd M-F + OT 4pm - 2:30am

3rd M-F + OT 10pm - 6:30am

What's the Job?

  • Quick response to production equipment issue calls

  • Take ownership in 5S condition in and around equipment, particularly oil leaks in molding area

  • Professionally engage with Operations and Mold Set teams to understand issues in an effort to troubleshoot problems

  • Participate in root cause investigation of failures or potential failures and helps implement effective corrective actions to avoid equipment down time

  • Identify and escalate any safety concerns with urgency, resolving with corrective action as possible

  • Supports facility maintenance/modification/repair as directed by Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager

  • Performs preventative/predictive maintenance on equipment as detailed in the INFOR system, tasks, checklists and directed by Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager

  • Documents any found problems with equipment and supports timely repair

  • Achieves timely closure of all PM tasks and documents findings

  • Books accurate actual labor time in the INFOR system or on appropriate PM documentation

  • Able to use measurement equipment to perform predictive maintenance activities (heat, vibration)

  • Lift 50ibs or more 10 times a day

  • Meet minimum testing requirement

What's Needed?

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • 1 year experience within the automotive industry

  • Ability to read and understand hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic prints

  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues

  • Experience using basic shop tools

  • Regular and predictable attendance
