Randstad is currently working with a Manufacturing company in Riverside, MO. Our client is a leading source of plastics manufacturing, supplying the automotive industry for over 50 years. This is a Full-Time Permanent role that offers a stable work environment. If you have Industrial Maintenance experience working with ielectrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics we would like to speak with you regarding this opportunity!

salary: $62,400 - $74,880 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to the equipment, facility, and department to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety.

• Maintain facilities in optimal condition.

• Maintain production equipment in optimal operating condition.

• Perform preventative maintenance activities.

• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

• Perform manufacturer's recommended preventive maintenance.

• Follow all prescribed internal and manufacturer maintenance procedures.

• Assist Engineering Team in implementing process improvement changes.

• Participate in team problem solving activities

• Assure all equipment is leak free (hydraulic & pneumatic).

• Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.

• Participate in profit improvement and cost reduction activities

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 25lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
