Starting pay up to $13 /hour for crew with full time availability and experience!

As a Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our restaurant's daily operations during mid-shift hours from 11 am - 7 pm. Your role will involve delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment, and working collaboratively with a dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of high-quality menu items, following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, including equipment, serving areas, and dining spaces.
Order Accuracy: Ensure orders are accurate and complete before serving them to customers.
Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with your team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Adherence to Procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
A positive and friendly attitude, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Good communication skills and a strong team player.
Availability to work mid-shift hours, including weekends and holidays. (CLOSED THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS DAY)
You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.
