The Oakland University Assistant Softball Coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in developing a

NCAA Division I softball program for student-athletes, within the rules and policies of The

NCAA and Conference legislated guidelines. The assistant coach must also assist in the training and development of team/players on and off the field; liaison for academics and other departments on campus; Assist with travel arrangements and ordering of softball equipment.
