Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the real estate and property/facilities management industry, based in Rochester, New York. This role involves handling account reconciliation, processing check runs, coding invoices, and performing data entry tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately processing accounts payable (AP) and invoices.

• Overseeing account reconciliation tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Handling check runs to ensure timely payments.

• Coding invoices accurately for proper documentation and record keeping.

• Performing data entry tasks related to account management.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.

• Thoroughly monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

• Efficiently processing customer credit applications.

• Maintaining accurate records of customer credit information.

• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Familiarity with check runs and invoice processing

• Experience in coding invoices

• Proven skills in data entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Background in using Oracle

• Experience with QuickBooks

• Knowledge of SAP

• Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry experience preferred

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently as needed

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
