Job Description:

  • Provide technical expertise on internal software portfolio to internal and external customers as required

  • Assist in the development of product roadmaps that continuously enhance products and gain/protect market share

  • Work with product manager on marketing materials, demonstrations and field tests

  • Assist product manager on market and competitive analysis

  • Coordinate with multi-functional teams, to include engineering, program management, sales, supply chain and manufacturing

  • Support sales and programs teams in pursuit of new business

  • Participate in software development/sales/program meetings as required

  • Provide direct and indirect customer support as needed

  • Installation and testing of internal software products to validate final releases

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc) or related field.

    Preferred Skills:

  • Prior military experience desired

  • Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, involving complex and varying problems

  • Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter attitude and ability to take initiative

  • Ability to take on more responsibility over a period of time

  • Ability to learn new tools and processes as related to technology and software

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $47,500 - $88,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
