Pay: $22 - $31/hr (based on experience)

Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday through Thursday

What You’ll Do:

• Operate with Precision : Set up and operate Davenport multi-spindle screw machines according to blueprints and work orders, ensuring top-quality production.

• Master Your Craft: Select, inspect, and maintain tooling and materials to guarantee production accuracy and efficiency.

• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot machine issues, adjusting settings like coolant flow or collet changes to keep operations running smoothly.

• Ensure Quality: Use precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to verify parts meet exact specifications.

• Keep Things Organized: Maintain accurate records of machine performance, production outputs, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

• Drive Improvement: Identify and resolve non-conformances to maintain high-quality products and improve production efficiency.

• Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and ensure the work environment complies with OSHA standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years working with Davenport or multi-spindle screw machines preferred. (Experienced pros encouraged to apply!)

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick, precise adjustments.

• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

• Attention to Detail: An eye for detail to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

• Positive Attitude: Good communication skills and a desire to contribute to continuous process improvements.
