Job Description:

Floats between Highland Women's Health offices full-time to cover absent staff. Performs full range of duties related to processing patient information for visits which may include: reception, registration, appointment scheduling, medical records management and telephone management. Responsible for accurate and timely input of collected information into the hospital information systems. Specializes in certain functions: navigation through Electronic Medical Records as it relates to the PRA role, complex scheduling, copayment collection, referrals, and monitors and assures that all functions are completed in an accurate, efficient, and customer friendly manner. May assist in training peers and/or less experienced support staff.

Salary Range:

$17.50 - $23.22 an hour

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.

Experience: Two (2) years previous office experience; medical office experience preferred.

License/Certification Required: n/a

Skills: Ability to use various hospital information systems (eRecord, etc.). Microsoft Outlook, and Word is desirable.
