Responsibilities

The Golisano Children's Hospital Pediatric Infusion Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for an exciting leadership role offering exceptional healthcare services in a fast-paced clinic setting providing care to children with a variety of specialty infusion needs. This role will function collaboratively with members of a multidisciplinary leadership team to help improve clinic workflows, efficiencies, and patient care management. This position will also support the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology clinic RNs with flow optimization and acute patient care clinic needs. Strong communication skills required; must be able to navigate discussions cross-culturally with staff, children, and families. A minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated clinical expertise. BSN required. Pediatric and/or acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $42.17 - $59.03

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
