Nick Pignato is hiring a Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and personal properties. About the Role

As the Property Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and drive the financial success of our properties. This role combines hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, including maintenance, vendor relationships, and improvement projects.

• Responsible for payment of utilities for entire portfolio

• Provide high-level oversight of residential property management and team performance.

• Develop budgets, negotiate leases, and manage financial plans to ensure profitability.

• Conduct onsite assessments and represent ownership in legal proceedings.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies and collaborate on special projects.

  Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Property Management role

• Experience with commercial/retail property management required

• Associate degree, preferred

• Triple Net Lease reconciliation experience required
