RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Will monitor compliance for program-level contracts in partnership with the Vice President of Programs & Evaluation and other program leaders, including but not limited to best practices, utilization rates, program outcomes and documentation practices; methods to include: Develop proactive systems of tracking and measurement based on program deliverables, practices and goals, and use these systems to provide data driven feedback to increase efficient and effective practices throughout the year. Run reports and complete randomized file checks for programs in order to provide aggregate reports and summaries to leaders.
Monitor data in SPCCs participant database (Comet) to ensure data is complete, up-to-date and following best practices across programs that utilize Comet.
Review and utilize funder reports from programs to identify patterns of success and areas for improvement. Coordinate and oversee the completion and collection of funder-required timesheets. Track start and end dates on all grant contracts for programs, and alert program leaders and finance when annual contracts have reached their 6-month mark and multi-year contracts are 9 months out from the end date. Ensure that each program has a system in place for soliciting and centering participant input and feedback. In partnership with the Vice President of Programs and Evaluation, program leaders, and parent leaders, develop and monitor a system and timeline for soliciting feedback, compilation, and analysis of results for each program that does not currently have this in place. Solicit feedback directly from program participants throughout the year to ensure quality of services and inform quality improvement efforts, utilizing methods such as phone calls, surveys and focus groups. Submit written summaries of all monitoring activities listed above for each program on a quarterly basis, to the Vice President of Programs and Evaluation. Partner with VP of P&E to communicate updates and potential recommendations for Supervisors, Program Managers, and Leadership Team members regarding the findings, so that further analysis and adjustments can be made as needed. Proactively report to the Vice President of Programs and Evaluation any patterns of concern identified and follow up with written summaries including a potential response plan with recommended activities and timelines, to help ensure steps are taken when immediate improvement and additional support to employees is necessary. Partner with VP of P&E to implement and monitor response plans. Compile annual summaries during the first quarter of each year, highlighting the measurable achievements for each program from the previous year. Oversee and coordinate Professional Development Training for employees throughout the year, including hosting Agency Orientation, including scheduling, monitoring quality, and supporting post-training follow-up for employees and their supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience, including experience in performing quality assurance activities.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Familiarity with prevention and intervention services for children and families who have been impacted by trauma, grief, loss, poverty, adversity, marginalization, child maltreatment, and intimate partner violence.
