Today, as the leading additive manufacturing solutions partner, we bring innovation, performance, and reliability to every interaction - empowering our customers to create products and business models never before possible. 3D Systems’ solutions address a variety of advanced applications in healthcare and industrial markets such as medical and dental, aerospace & defense, automotive, and durable goods./ What We Are Looking For The Compensation Program Lead is responsible for leading/supporting the administration and execution for the Company’s various compensation programs, including analyses, reporting and salary administration, for the People & Culture team. The Compensation Program Lead serves as a consultant to People & Culture and Business Leaders on all compensation related topics. Under minimal direction, this role is also responsible for day-to-day compensation operations. This position serves as the subject matter expert and leads projects related to development and implementation of compensation programs, performing operations, technical and administration work. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience and expertise to perform tasks and duties according to established procedures while recognizing and recommending opportunities to improve processes and procedures. This role requires a broad understanding of both human resources and business operations with strong skills and proficiency in compensation and data analytics. What You Will Do · Leads administration of company compensation programs, including executive and sales compensation plans. · Administers company job architecture, salary ranges and bonus plans. Provides insight and recommendations using market data and best practices for ongoing development of company programs. · Oversees periodic participation of compensation surveys, responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting. Provides data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends. · Supports company equity programs, providing administrative tracking and reporting in coordination with the company legal team. · Works with People & Culture partners to evaluate and recommend job codes, levels and compensation for job descriptions and candidates. · Contributes to the company rewards programs; collects and recommends market-based merit budgets. Administers company process using the company HRIS tool; provides analysis and reporting. Consults with global payroll teams to execute approved changes. · Gathers, analyzes, and presents on data using multiple formats to a range of stakeholders. · Extracts, formats, analyzes, and prepares data for reporting purposes, support compliance programs, audits, and external vendors. What You Will Need · Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information is required. · Advanced proficiency in Windows-based applications with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills required. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal assistance. · Requires skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures, and systems. · Exchanges ideas and information effectively with others and communicates content in a clear and concise manner.Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Excellent organizational and time management skills. · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics or related field required. · Seven years of experience in managing and administering compensation programs, including executive and sales compensation. · Ability to audit complex sets of data, draw conclusions, make recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement. · Proven advanced analytical skills; proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
