Our client, a leader in market research and compliance monitoring, is seeking a Secret Shopper to join their team. As a Secret Shopper, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting local businesses in ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Secret Shopper

Location: Marquette County, MI

Pay Range: $19.00 per Hour

Shift: Very part time, occasional work.

What's the Job?

• Conduct tobacco and alcohol secret shopping assignments.

• Monitor whether store employees are asking for ID when tobacco and alcohol products are purchased.

• Perform in-store “mock” purchases, or compliance trainings, at our customer’s stores within Marquette County.

• Provide detailed feedback on your shopping experience.

• Ensure compliance without making actual purchases.

What's Needed?

• Must be between the ages of 21 - 25.

• Reliable transportation and a valid ID are required. Each trip takes an average of 4 to 8 hours and you will be driving in the western half of the U.P. Pays out 70 cents on the mile plus pay. You will have an average of one shift per month-this can be done on week days or weekends.

• Ability to work very part-time, with occasional assignments.

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

• Good communication skills for providing feedback.
