ICF's Global Health and Development Team is expanding its network of skilled professionals to bolster our endeavors in health information systems and data use. Expertise in health informatics is crucial for developing and implementing digital health solutions, including electronic health records (EHRs), health information systems (HIS), data analytics platforms, and digital health governance. This involves knowledge of health data standards, interoperability, and data privacy/security regulations. As a global leader in this field, our mission is to assist partner countries in enhancing the quality of their health data for informed policy decisions.

We collaborate with development agencies to explore the interconnections between health and various development priorities such as food security, nutrition, climate change, and global health security.

We are seeking professionals in the following areas:

  • Project and People Management

  • Country and Regional-level Leaders

  • Project Operations

  • Finance and Administration

  • Grants Management

  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)

Technical Experts in one or more of the following domains:

  • Digital Health Solutions and Information Systems

  • Health Informatics

  • Data Analytics

  • Data Governance

  • Health Systems Strengthening

  • AI and Machine Learning

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria: a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent accreditation with a minimum of 10+ years of direct experience in USAID-funded global health or country-level public health programming. This experience could be technical, in finance and operations, or project management focused, but must be in support of nationally-funded health programming.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$69,862.00 - $118,765.00
