A Day in the Role:

• Helping members with benefits questions and issues

• Explaining differences between PPO and non-PPO plans to members

• Helping members with deductibles and unpaid bills

• Determining eligibility for plans and visits based off current plans

• Taking 50-100 calls in a day, walking the member through answers to their insurance questions

Requirements:

• 1+ years working with an Insurance Payer

• Experience in a call center environment

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00
