Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in building design. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days remote. You will design mechanical systems in Revit on projects ranging from commercial, infrastructure, government, K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare, and Laboratories. Expect to conduct site visits to assess existing conditions about once a week.

Hard Skills

• Mechanical Engineering degree or Mechanical Design experience

• Experience with Revit

• Proficiency in load calculations using Trane Trace

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Rockville, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

In office three days a week with two days remote. Averaging one site visit a week.
