Job Title: Order Selector/Forklift

Job Description

Looking for a role that rewards performance? We are currently seeking candidates, with or without selecting experience, for the role of Order Selector. The role entails the use of a Pallet Jack for which training and certification will be provided. The primary work environment will be a freezer with temperatures possibly reaching as low as -15 degree F. The job involves careful selection and dropping off of orders in the staging area to be palletized or boxed properly for shipping. No computer skills are required for this role.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in ROCKY HILL, Connecticut.

Work Environment

The work environment primarily involves working in a freezer. Each team comprises of 12-15 selectors and each selector will have their own picking list. Due to the nature of the work environment, a thick jacket will most likely be required and candidates will need to wear long johns or any other type of thermal for warmth. However, most people get accustomed to the freezer as they are constantly moving around.
