The Utility Person / Dishwasher is responsible for general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant. Dishwashing is an integral part of this position. The successful Dishwasher candidate will: Have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. Be able to lift at least 80 pounds. Have the ability to work quickly at a steady pace.
