To prepare and file all required financial reporting for public company reporting to the Security and Exchange Commission, along with required oversight for internal controls and information for external auditors.

Skills and Requirements

Experience providing oversight of all external audits on financial reports, internal controls, sales taxes and income taxes.

Experience providing sales tax reporting, research and maintenance for dealerships.

Experience providing income tax reporting, research and tax returns.

Experience review and monitor internal controls (including Internal Audit review). null
