UL, LLC Lead Field HR Business Partner in Rogers, Arkansas

A Lead HR Business Partner at UL Solutions will:
Execute enterprise people strategies and drive adoption of initiatives locally. Partnering with local leaders provide operational support for business change, identify challenges and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with leaders to drive One UL Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, employee engagement and retention strategies locally. Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the employee experience.
Collaborate closely with other (HR) groups and functions, to execute Business and HR initiatives or projects in a timely and seamless manner.
Coach and guide local and regional leaders and provide responsive approaches to complex employee relations matters.
Using broad local employment law knowledge in multiple markets, identify market conditions and trends impacting talent attraction and retention and advise global/corporate HR partners on people and business implications. Connect local trends to global impacts and advise on appropriate actions to support enterprise goals.
Execute people processes (onboarding, salary planning, talent development and performance and exit management) leveraging workforce analytics and insights.
Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure local adherence and identify areas of risk. Support audit, compliance and other HR related programs locally.
Identify opportunities for developing new or revised human resources policies and procedures. Develop and implement programs using knowledge of organizational goals and objectives.
Member of site leadership / country management or supporting site leader, providing HR perspective to local and regional matters.
Support the development and execution of key HR projects.
This role is a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation to be on-site in Bentonville or Lowell, AR, three (3) days per week, working from home the remaining two (2).

What makes you a great fit for this role?
University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline, plus generally ten years of professional level Human Resources experience. Previous experience as a HR Business Partner required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative client service skills with an ability to influence and manage key relationships. Provides creative solutions with demonstrated effectiveness at both the strategic and tactical levels. Experience managing a sizable internal customer base.
Detailed knowledge of labor law as well as market knowledge with respect to employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and performance management.
Demonstrated proficiency with commonly used business and HR software applications.
Profound Technical HR expertise in several of the following areas: Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Talent Management and organizational change.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use and interpret data to both guide and validate decisions. Able to build a data story which compels the business to take action.
Results oriented and able to quickly grasp the “big picture”, using insights from business leaders,
global HR colleagues and HR capability centers to provide recommendations to the business on the appropriate actions to take.
Strong Project management experience with the ability to lead and execute key HR projects.
Ability to work hybrid (on-site 3 days/week, work-from-home 2 days/week), with on-site days in Bentonville or Lowell, AR laboratory.
