We're seeking a dedicated Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our team in Rogers, MN! In this role, you'll play a vital part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in each product. work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing production activities, handling troubleshooting as needed to maximize output and improve overall communication. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to advance within a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving expected shift output for quality and rate across all manufacturing cells.

• Ensuring hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists are completed and communicated.

• Maintaining production performance by measuring and quickly reporting press downtime to technicians.

• Staying alert to alarms, promptly addressing them, and involving necessary support staff within the manufacturing warehouse.

• Monitoring scrap via cameras and conveyors.

• Supervising robots to prevent backups in the packaging room or interruptions to their tasks.

• Tracking press and automation cell status within the manufacturing warehouse.

• Overseeing production cell activities in the packaging room, including box erector and palletizing systems.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time
