Description Organization Seeks Customer Service Representative!

Robert Half has a need for a highly-skilled, articulate Customer Representative to join the growing workforce in the Service industry. Your responsibilities in this role

• By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

• Receive and place telephone calls

• Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

• Field and send out send written business correspondence Requirements - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

• Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

• Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

• 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

• A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

• Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Foundational knowledge in High-Volume Data Entry

• Strong familiarity with data entry

• Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

• Email Correspondence experience preferred

• Strong customer service and office administrative skills
