We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging/Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in pick & pack processes, warehouse management, and overall packaging operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and order fulfillment.

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate picking, packing, and shipping processes.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to health and safety regulations.

• Ensure the proper packaging of all meal prep products in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.

• Manage the packing process to maintain the highest levels of product quality and consistency.

• Develop and implement packaging improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Coordinate the pick & pack process to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time for delivery to retail locations and customers.

• Perform regular audits of inventory and orders to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and packaging staff to meet daily operational goals.

• Ensure that staff are trained in proper handling, packaging, and safety protocols.

• Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance and productivity.
