Roseburg is located on Interstate 5 in Southern Oregon's scenic Douglas County. The community is nestled in a lush forested region known as the 100 Valleys of the Umpqua. Responsibilities

As a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator you are responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of the volunteer program.

Essential Duties:

• Oversees the recruitment and training of volunteers.

• Managers volunteer assignments and duties.

• Plans, coordinates and implements hospice events.

• Provides community education regarding the Hospice program.

Shift: 8am - 4:30pm

Qualifications

Experience:

• 2 years experience in human services preferred

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Volunteer, volunteer coordinator, or experience with death/dying preferred

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

$21.23 - $29.20 /hour
