The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Direct Sales Department, the Rewards and Recognition Specialist acts as the champion for all functions supporting the Rewards and Recognition (R&R) program across our brick and mortar call centers. This position is focused on celebrating success and motivating agents to achieve targeted goals. The Rewards & Recognition Specialist is responsible for assisting the development and implementation of engagement strategies with a focus on improving culture, employee interaction and communication for our onsite employees across the country. The Rewards and Recognition Specialist assists with creating and delivering R&R communications, ideation of incentives and activities, manages prize and recognition award distribution, organizes events, and supports VIP visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, evaluate and implement R&R programs to ensure employee awareness and engagement for both onsite and virtual work environments
Plan, promote and oversee logistics for events, prepare agendas, coordinate facilities, and secure event materials as needed
Write dynamic, engaging and informative content across a variety of forums (print, social media, web) to communicate R&R initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise and creative way
Maintain site and departmental information; track reward and tax information
Procure and manage inventory to support site needs and produce reports as appropriate
Negotiate with third party vendors to secure event deliverables within budget requirements
Deliver small group presentations at site level and national audience
Interface with accounting and reporting departments
Manage multiple priorities, rapid change and stressful situations
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience in employee engagement initiatives, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Elevated level of computer expertise including use of Google Suite, Excel and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Self-directed, strong organizational, written and oral communication skills

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $23.82/Hour - $34.05/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
