ADP Sr. Director, Investor Relations in Roseland, New Jersey

ADP is hiring a Sr. Director, Investor Relations

The Senior Director, Investor Relations will support the Vice President, Investor Relations in managing communications and relationships with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors. This role will also have direct interaction with ADP’s CEO, CFO and other executives and is responsible for supporting and executing strategies to effectively convey the company’s financial performance, strategic vision, and growth opportunities externally. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Investor Communications. Play a key role in the preparation for quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and other financial disclosures. Ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • Financial Analysis. Monitor and analyze economic and market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Analyze sell-side financial models for accuracy of data and develop a nuanced understanding of consensus expectations.

  • Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders. Act as an important point of contact for investor inquiries and requests for information.

  • Strategic Planning. Collaborate with the Vice President, Investor Relations to develop and execute the investor relations strategy. Identify opportunities to enhance investor engagement and improve market perceptions of the company.

  • Event Coordination. Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows. Prepare senior management for investor interactions and ensure they are well-informed about key investor concerns and market dynamics.

  • Reporting and Compliance. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of relevant information in line with regulations and other relevant standards. Oversee ADP’s Investor Relations website content and materials.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, legal, corporate communications, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on corporate strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.

  • 8-10+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, corporate finance, Strategy, M&A, or a related field

  • Good understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital markets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
