First Children Services Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Roselle Park, New Jersey

First Children Services is currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! We are a family-owned, family-operated, and family-focused organization. Our STRIVE Autism Center is a multi-site, behavioral health and ABA center. At STRIVE, we provide diagnostic evaluations, followed with evidence-based therapeutic services such as psychotherapy and ABA. While also providing full circle support through behavioral parent training and outreach. Our Roselle Park Center comprises of 10+ therapy rooms, including art therapy, music therapy, sensory room, with an outside patio for outdoor therapy in warmer seasons, plus much more! Day to day primary functions of our BCBA's: Be a preceptor and mentor to supervisees, exemplify practical leadership skillsConducting functional assessments and analysisProvide interactive therapeutic solutions to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviorsProvide direct training and supervision to clinical support team and familyCreate individualized treatment plansManage client data What we require from you: Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field Active BCBA CertificationStrong interpersonal and documentation skills2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum Create programs and Behavior Intervention plans.
