Looking to make a strategic move in your accounting career? We are currently recruiting for a reputable organization in the Roseville area that is in need of a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, experience in the construction industry, and proficient with Sage. This role is temporary but has the possibility of going permanent at the end of the contract. Responsibilities

• Post unapproved invoices into the pending invoice register or approved invoices into the invoice register using SAGE 300 or Build Pro Integration Functionality.

• Review vendor statements monthly and reconcile to SAGE accounting records.

• Identify invoices eligible for payment, generate checks (monthly/weekly), assemblevoucher packages to be routed for signature, and mail signed checks after confirmingvendor's compliance with check release policies.

• Monitor aging of payables, payment dates, discounts and finance charges.

• Other tasks as needed
