Opportunity

Our client has an open CMM Programmer in their sheet metal department. This day shift (6am-2:30pm) position will be located at the clients Roseville, MI facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform CMM and Manual Inspections, assisting Quality Manager in all aspects of quality
• Program Faro arm , Brown or Sharpe CMM
• Knowledge of PC-Dmis software
• Read and understand GD&T Layouts
• Ensure ongoing compliance to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
• Support corporate continuous improvement initiative
• Plan, organize and schedule audits
• Report system performance at quality team meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Mechanical Engineering is a plus), 5 years experience preferred
• GD&T training required
• Faro arm experience required
• Proficient with PC-DMIS, MS Office, Sharepoint and, Visio
