Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering to support one of its customer facilities and production related projects. This person will be an experienced professional with proficient knowledge of Gear Making and practical knowledge of Project Management. They will communicate with team and contacts inside and outside of their own department and facility to explain and interpret operational gear making processes, practices, and procedures. Recommends enhancements to systems and processes. Works to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results. This person will also · Develops manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes. Candidates should have a strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, such as CNC's, lathes and mills and shown ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Pay Range: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• 4+ years of previous experience in Manufacturing Engineering and ability to demonstrate manufacturing processes

• Advanced knowledge of Gear Cutting, Forming, Grinding, Heat Treating and Inspection. null
